De Pietro`s Pizzeria and Restaurant in West Palm Beach

I have been coming here for years, and I am never disappointed. The pizza , pasta, subs, salads, calzones, stromboli's, everything on the menu is delish !!! All in a restaurant setting that the owners make you feel at home everytime. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a little piece of New York attitude mixed in with Italian cuisine . Always a pleasure to stop in , eat , and enjoy yourself at Depietro's!

I had the most delicious angel hair pasta dinner! The atmosphere is Comfortable and friendly! The staff made us feel like family! I highly recommend this restaurant !

The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. This was the closest slice of pizza to what I grew up eating in New York, in the Palm Beach area. It’s a little bit of a drive for me but I will definitely go back.

Best pizza in the county. I recommend Ritchie's Old World or Mama Dipietros specialty pizzas. A taste of New York. Cozy dine in atmosphere, NY baseball decor, freshly piped canollis, very friendly staff with great service. The only negative is they charge an additional fee of 3-4% to use a credit card, I thought vendors stopped doing this 10 years ago. I've can't even remember being at another restaurant that does this.

I have never seen food look so unappealing in my life. I ordered an assortment of items and the panini was a soggy, round blob of bad bread. I called the restaurant and they would not help me. Instead, they stated that it was because it was in aluminum foil. If they know putting it in aluminum foil causes food to be soggy and uneatable why would they put it in the foil?! The appetizer sampler was also unbelievably bad. I will never eat here again and I hope everyone else saves their hard earned money from being wasted on such an uncaring restaurant which clearly has no standards. Go to Manzos. That restaurant is always 5 stars. Thanks DePietro for ruining my grandmas birthday dinner then being rude to us. Shame on you.

I have never been to De Pietros until 12/6/19, Friday. The owner's wife was checking out a customer in front of me while I was looking at the menu. When I accidentally made eye contact with her prematurely, she gave me a dirty look and said "I'll be with you in a moment" in a snotty rude way. One of the other customers that was eating at a table even noticed how rude she was. I responded with "I have not said anything to you and I am a very patient person. I ordered an Italian Sub which was not worth $10.65, and also made my stomach sick for the entire night. When she approached me to give me my sub, she said I made extra special for you. In my opinion, it should have been free. I will not be back. She clearly needs customer service training.

The office I work at orders from here frequently. We placed a large order today. Most of the people ordered the $5.00 special. After we placed the order, a rude lady calls us back to let us know that the manager told her to call us and let us know that they will no longer be honoring the lunch special for us, stating that we need to order whole pizzas. The lady was so rude at what she was telling me. I advised her we would be doing business elsewhere.

Very nice place! After stopping at 2 other Italian places this was by far the best choice!!! Thank God other 2 spots didn’t work out. Food was delicious here, service awesome & comfortable dine in atmosphere!!! Family that lives in area WILL RETURN! Thank u for a great lunch experience in West Palm Beach!!!

Great pizza!! The best garlic knots I’ve ever had and the soup is amazing! Finally a pizza place that the kids and adults both love.

Wonderful food and service at De Pietros. I enjoyed pasta and garlic aglio oil .

The food is really good but the place isnt to clean. The a/c vents and ceiling and fans are horrible! I was afraid something was gonna fall in my food. Needs to be thoroughly cleaned. The people are very nice and friendly..

pizza, yeah, quality stuff. Service is prompt even when they are busy. The service was very helpful and observant. Prices were fair for the quality of the food.

The atmosphere was cool and the staff was friendly. My husband really liked the sub he had but we both felt the pizza was just ok. The dough was soggy and could have cooked more maybe. I would come back and try their other menu items for sure.

Home made, family owned and operated neighborhood restaurant. Real New York style pizza. Excellent lasagna. Everything I've tried there has been good. Not good if your watching your calories. Prices are very reasonable too. Will continue to go there.

Family owned and operated. We had the cheese pizza. Pizza was good, crisp med thin crust. Good sauce and adequate cheese. I'll be back to try something else next time..

If you want to know what heavenly pizza is, then eat here. Once you eat here your body will crave De Pietros day in and day out and you will salivate at the thought of pizza until you can come back here and get your fix. Very very very awesome establishment to eat at!

McKenzie makes The best Italian food I’ve ever had, Hands down my favorite place for chicken Marsala! not to mention the great atmosphere. Every time I walk in I feel right at home, and I’m sure I’m not the only customer that feels that way!

This place was amazing. Family owned and operated pizzeria. Homey atmosphere and Great Service. We shared the rice ball and then my wife had the Italian wedding soup with warm fresh garlic knots. I had the Champ pizza, and she had the chicken francese. Homemade pizza dough was really delicious. All the food was delicious and hearty with adequate portions. We will be going back.

Fast delivery, great place to order lunch from while I’m stuck at work in the office. Chicken parm sandwich is always on point. Great selection of different pies if you decide to dine in.

By far this is the best pizza place in all of Palm Beach county. Customer service is phenomenal. Prices are great. Employees are great. And the food is even better. My favorite place to eat in west palm!P.s. their delivery driver is a stand up guy. Top notch character. A++++

Charged $3 for veggie add-ons to a meat sub. Not a problem, but say so first. Food was very good, the cook was a very nice, older guy, who brought out the food himself at lunch.

It's only 4pm yet the place has no more pizza til closing... Which is at 9 pm. Cannot recommend for people to waste their time here .Reply to Owner: So at 4PM your customers should be forced to buy an entire pizza when they just want one slice ? You could easily make sure you have sliced pizza all day . Walk in business being slow isn't a justification. You are just a cheap business owner

I have been to this restaurant 2 times, the sauce is really good on spaghetti here, the first time I went there, the 2 employees were not very nice people this was a year ago. I gave this place a second try a few days again for lunch. The food here is good but, the food was not hot. Good Luck!!! I won't be going back again......

I absolutely love their food. Pizza is great, their pasta is great, their subs are huge!!! Not a big fan of the percentage they add if you pay with a card instead of cash, but their food is worth it. Many people say the ladies there are rude but they're not... They've always been nice to me. If they find out you're not a Yankees fan, of course they're gonna mess with you. If you have a piss poor attitude towards them, well... You'll get a dose of that world famous NY attitude. Just take it with a grain of salt and enjoy their delicious food.

This is where my husband and I go when we want to grab a casual dinner out! Sometime we share a pie but it's great that we can get a slice when we don't want the same kind as each other. We love thier pasta fragioli. Salad is always fresh. Subs are generous. Wings are great. We love the Mom and her 2 daughters that always provide us with friendly service. One of them is always there to make us feel welcome and that they are glad to see us. When Ritchie was alive, he was always there walking around visiting guest. Just a great hometown feel. I recommend that you give them a try and think you'll be pleased!

The atmosphere is relaxing, the food is great and the service is wonderful. The young men and women working treat you like family.

I went hungry thinking mostly pizza...then, since they only had one slice of only 4types left, I decided to check menu . Had hot hero “the Mick “. Turkey was cheap deli. Creamy pesto sauce, another selling point, tasted like mayo with maybe a dab of pesto? My friend’s chicken Caesar was a joke. Stale lettuce, tasteless chicken stuffed into a small bowl and they probably wanted to disguise with thick creamy imitation Caesar salad but we put on side .... so that was a disaster ..... and for all this, with only 5-8 people in the place, we got alot of excuses for the food taking over 20 minutes to be served...and then they have two different prices for paying with cash vs credit card. What’s this, a gas station???!!

The pizza was great and the service was great the waitress was very helpful and very nice. I would tell all my friends about it
